Arne Thomas Haaland, Managing Director / Tecnical Director

Before joining Trac ID, Arne Thomas Haaland had 20 years of experience from the oil and gas industry, first as a scientist and later holding various positions within all three Norwegian oil companies; Statoil, Saga Petroleum and Norsk Hydro (all of which have later been merged to StatoilHydro). His experience ranges from instrumentation and telecommunication across all major disciplines within facilities engineering including holding the position as facilities engineering manager in Saga Petroleum. As platform manager in Saga Petroleum and Norsk Hydro, he gained extensive experience in offshore operations. He has also experience from knowledge based venture businesses from 7 years as CEO for Applied Plasma Physics AS. Haaland graduated from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1983 with a master degree in engineering cybernetics.

Per Arne Gulvik, Financial Director

Per Arne Gulvik has 10 years of experience from the oil and offshore industry including sales and marketing management positions in Statoil and the previously stock exchange listed drilling company, Wilrig, as CEO before it was merged with Transocean. He has also worked closely with the oil and offshore and IT sectors for more than 4 years as advisor/partner for corporate finance in Pareto Securities. In addition he has 10 years of experience from top management and senior marketing management positions in Block Watne, Orkla and Laerdal Medical. Gulvik is a graduate of Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Manfred Vonlanthen, Sales & Marketing Director

Manfred Vonlanthen has broad international experience from different Senior Management positions within IS/IT and as consultant within the oil and gas industry. Prior to Trac ID Systems he has worked 6 years in different positions for Kverneland Group. First as IS Manager for the global Sales and Distribution division and later as CIO and Manager for the strategic Turnaround program. Before this, he worked 6 years as consultant and Project Manager for TietoEnator - Energy Components, where he also held different Management positions.
Vonlanthen graduated from University in Stavanger in 1997 with a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Master of Management degree from Norwegian Business School in 2003.

Ellen Kvinnsland, HSE&Q Manager

Ellen Margrethe Kvinnsland has 15 years of experience from the oil and offshore service industry, where she has worked in accounting, finance, personnel and HSE&Q on a management level. She has been responsible for implementing new ERP systems and holds a high knowledge in project accounting and administration. Between 1985 and 1987 she work in corporate finance for Nevi Corporate As in Bergen. Kvinnsland holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University, US.

Ottar Kvindesland, Operations Manager

Ottar Kvindesland has more than 20 years of experience from both government and private industry. He is a computer scientist from University of Newcastle with a diverse resume including software development, logistics, manufacturing, mass production and project management. Ottar is familiar with international, multidisciplinary complex projects. Before joining our team, Ottar held positions as head of operations at Zeropex in Sandnes and senior project manager at Laerdal Medical. Ottar also holds a Master of Management degree from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
